The SSL/TLS handshake is the initial negotiation between a client and server to establish an encrypted connection. Handshake speed directly impacts user-perceived latency, especially for applications that establish many short-lived connections. Our analyzer runs multiple handshake iterations against your server, measures protocol version and cipher suite performance, and provides a performance rating to help you optimize your TLS configuration.
